A great entry about the state of Montreal web design:
I’ve said it before, and I’ve said it again, Montreal is very behind when it comes to simple usability and best-practices. Even the so-called champions of usable and accessible web design in Montreal, produce sites that fail miserably when javascript is turned off.
But until there exists a proper school of web design, and standards of practice set for this professional trade, this trend will probably continue for many years to come.
